The FMS is implemented in many sports franchises such as the Green Bay Packers, Anaheim Mighty Ducks, Cleveland Indians, as well as the United States Military and various colleges around the country.

This is the first step taken with all of our athletes.

What is the FMS?

It is a grading system that evaluates movement patterns, physical limitations, and asymmetries. These issues can limit your effectiveness on the field, in training, and can increase the risk for sports related injuries.

After the screen is performed, CFR coaches customize a training program for each athlete that integrates exercise corrections for any limitations or asymmetries. Complete Fitness Results also offers complete technique training. Weightlifting, running, jumping, and all exercise, benefits from precise technique. It is the single greatest difference between good performance and excellent performance. Technique combined with our comprehensive program is also the difference between a career athlete and an injured one.

Golf Fitness


Every tour golfer has a swing coach and a fitness coach. The same fitness programs that the pros are doing are available to you through Complete Fitness Results.

TPI Certified Golf Fitness Instructor

Steve Long is certified by the Titleist Performance Institue. The program that TPI and Steve put together for you addreses problems in the body that directly relate to problems in you swing.
